Hardwave Hall — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Hardwave Hall ("Service"), provided by Hardwave Studios ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Accounts

The Service uses single sign-on with hardwavestudios.com. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Post unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, infringing, or sexually explicit

content involving minors;

• Distribute malware, phishing links, or attempts to compromise the Service;
• Use the Service to spam, scrape, or impersonate others;
• Resell or sublicense the Service.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. User content

You retain all rights to content you upload. By uploading, you grant Hardwave Studios a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and transmit your content for the purpose of operating the Service.

6. Payments

Tips and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Refunds are handled per Stripe's standard policies and our refund window of 14 days for digital goods, except where prohibited by law.

7. Intellectual property

The Service and its name, marks, and look-and-feel are owned by Hardwave Studios. We grant you a limited, revocable license to use the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Service will meet your requirements.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hardwave Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Rotterdam, Netherlands.
